it doesnt really matter that there are some good cops
because the bad cops are so dangerous, that you have to assume every cop is bad because thats the difference between life and death for some people
kind of like how yeah there are good people out there, that doesnt mean you should trust every stranger that comes up to you. that badge doesnt mean automatic safe zone
